The 2019 event features two-person, same-sex teams on Saturday, November 16th and a 4-person teams (M/M/F/F) on Sunday, November 17th. Both days feature the following divisions: Rx, Scaled, Intermediate and Masters (ages 35 and up). The workouts will be announced prior to the event. They will test a wide range of the 10 components of fitness so be prepared for anything!


Awards and prize packages are growing and will be given out at the event to top finishers and random awards to athletes and volunteers.  A traveling trophy will be awarded to the top affiliate.
