Introduction to CrossFit 816
This three-week program is based on skill development and exposure to basic CrossFit movements. It is designed to prepare you to advance to our regular CrossFit program. We focus on technique and mechanics, then intensity. The difficulty of the workouts is up to you!
CrossFit classes are extremely fun, challenging, and motivating. You will be supported in a group atmosphere with a coach present to help you every step of the way. CrossFit is broad, general fitness that tones, tightens, and strengthens your body in many ways. You will love the results you get from CrossFit and how it improves your daily life!
