Power Express- Tuesdays at Noon
• A fast paced vinyasa class with a challenging, athletic flow. This class is designed to boost
strength and build internal heat through a dynamic, energetic practice. Best for students who
are familiar with typical yoga postures offered in a flow style class.
Midweek Reset: Stretch and Flow- Wednesdays at 6pm
• A slower paced vinyasa class with a focus on finding space and balance in a posture. This class
is designed to offer students a chance to stretch, mobilize and revitalize through a more
relaxed paced practice. Best for all levels of student.

Yoga became a part of Lisa’s life after taking courses for college PE credits. Once introduced to the practice, Yoga found a permanent place in her life. Lisa has found that a yoga practice
offers a place to set everything aside and just be. She offers this same experience in her classes. With over a decade of “on the mat” teaching experience, Lisa’s classes are well- balanced and she brings knowledge of several styles of Yoga to her students. Elements of Yin Yoga, Ashtanga and Restorative style postures and sequences can be found in her flow-style classes. Students taking a class with Lisa can expect a light-hearted practice with attention to breathing and principles of alignment while working to find balance in body and mind.
