Halloween Throwdown

The 7th Annual CrossFit 816 Halloween Throwdown Powered by Evolve Paleo Chef


The 2016 event features an Individual Competition on Saturday, 10/29/16, and a 2-person, same sex Team Competition on Sunday, 10/30/16.  Both days will have 2 different divisions for men and women: Rx and Scaled.  The competition will consist of 4 individual workouts.  The workouts will be announced prior to the event.  They will test a wide range of the 10 components of fitness so be prepared for anything.

Clean & Jerk (185/135)

Box Jumps (24/20)

Kettlebell Swings (70/53)


Scaled: (Male/Female)

Hand Release Pushups

Ab mat Situps

Multiple repetitions of:

Ground to Overhead (95/65)

Thrusters (75/45)

Push Press (115/65)

Deadlift (155/105)

Back Squat (135/85)

Box Step Ups (24/20)

Kettlebell Swings (53/35)


Awards and prize packages will be awarded to top finishers in all divisions as well as random awards to athletes and volunteers.  A traveling trophy will be awarded to the top affiliate.
