I am excited to share Casey's story because it shows the internal difference the Paleo Lifestyle makes.  Outward changes are visible and awesome, but so much more is happening on the inside that equals optimal health which leads to optimal fitness and well being.  If you've never had blood work done - it's worth doing.

Something is stopping you from CrossFitting. Perhaps you believe you're not fit enough to begin. Perhaps you believe it's too hard.
